Shipping Policy

At Ella Carry, we aim to provide a clear and efficient shipping process for all our customers. We ship our bags exclusively within the United States using reliable domestic carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely.


1. Shipping Cost & Area

We keep our shipping rates simple and fair for all domestic orders:

  • Shipping Destination: United States (Domestic only).

  • Flat Shipping Fee: $15.00 USD per order.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses to maintain accurate tracking and secure delivery.


2. Delivery Time Estimates

The time it takes to receive your order includes both handling (processing) and transit (shipping) time. These estimates apply to business days (Monday to Friday).

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided. This email will include a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

4. Shipping Partners

We primarily use FedEx for ground shipping across the US. Depending on your specific location and the most efficient route, we may also use UPS or USPS. All our shipments are tracked for your peace of mind.

5. Correcting Your Address

Note: We cannot change the shipping address once the package has been handed over to the carrier and is in transit.

Please double-check your address during checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at Support@ellacarry.shop within 24 hours. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.

6. Shipping Damage

We inspect every bag before it leaves our facility. If your order arrives damaged due to handling during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged packaging and the item so we can resolve the issue with the carrier for you.
