1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ellacarry.shop. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Return Label
For your convenience, a return label is included in every package. If you need to return an item, simply use the provided label to send the product back to us. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free return process, making it easier for you to exchange or return your order without any additional cost.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. You can return your order without worrying about additional charges, making the return process simple, fair, and customer-friendly.
