2. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat shipping rate of USD 15 on all orders, regardless of the order size or quantity. This flat shipping fee helps us ensure secure packaging, reliable handling, and timely delivery. All shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment, so there are no hidden costs or additional fees after placing your order.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. Please allow 48 hours for the carrier to update the initial status.
4. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Shipping & Courier Services
We ship all orders using trusted international courier partners, including UPS and FedEx, to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery. A flat shipping fee of USD 15 is applied to every order, regardless of order size or quantity. This charge covers secure packaging, handling, and courier service costs. All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment, with no hidden charges.
6. Address and Contact Information Accuracy
Before placing your order, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping addresses and contact information are entered correctly. Any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information will not be the responsibility of Ella Carry. 7. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the handling and shipping process begins. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to follow our return process after receiving the order. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel to avoid any inconvenience.
